Machining

24 tool magazine {0-10,000 rpm}{12.5hp}{1181ipm}{24x-20y-24z travels} The 24-station automatic tool changer goes from tool to tool in three seconds. That’s just more evidence that the VMX24 is about speed as much as it is power. The standard, 10,000 RPM spindle compares favorably to many machining centers costing considerably more.
- 1 - TRAK DPM 3-axis Bed mill with TRAK A.G.E. control {70-4200 rpm} {3hp} {150ipm} {31x-17y-23.5z travels} The Trak DPM is a top quality bed mill. Fully interchangeable between manual and CNC operation. Solid ram moves up and down for Z-axis operation, providing mass behind heavy cuts. Precision ground ballscrews in the table, saddle and column.

Grinding

- 1 - BLANCHARD No. 11 rotary surface grinder
- 1 - CHEVALIER 618SP with Micro Downfeed Device. A mirror surface can be accomplished on these machines accurately and efficiently, due to machine construction features and the specially designed 2.2 HP Class V3 grade low vibration spindle motor which provides excellent rigidity and stability.
Heat Treating
- 1 - JOHNSON No. 142 Gas furnace and draw oven. Specifically for hardening carbon and high speed steels (temperature range of 1300 F. to 2350 F.).
